According to the CPUP model of classroom teaching proposed by Professor ZhengChanglong, this article is to study primitive system, developed in Chemistry Teachingdegree of importance of the content rating scale. In order to provide the oreticalsupport and targeted reference for rational selection and organization of teachersteaching content, while the scale of the development is also a lesson for the evaluationof quality to provide a new way of thinking. In this paper, literature review, classroom observation and interview method todetermine the type of high school chemistry classroom teaching content andpreliminary evaluation of the level of importance of different types of content, hasbeen teaching high school chemistry class content of the first draft of the degree ofimportance of the rating scale. Using SPSS11.5data were processed by raterconsistency test, cluster analysis and discriminant analysis to determine the officialscale. Scale is divided into five levels named A B C D E including16question items.Through applied research on the scale constructed the initial content combinedmodel of different levels of primitives. In addition, the analysis of "ion reaction" ofthe same title heterogeneous class discovery, content quality class B levels weresignificantly higher than normal lessons, analyze the reasons are threefold:(1) theknowledge of the part of the core concepts of normal course teacher is not enough, and therefore can not provide a deeper analysis (2)Low awareness of evidence in thenormal course teacher, they instead of using subjective judgment where should haveprovided some evidence (3) Teachers are busy helping students understand and applyknowledge while ignoring the depth of excavation of knowledge understanding.
