With the issuance of the "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Tasks of Lide Shuren",Pointing out the overall planning and direction of curriculum reform in the coming years,The promotion of curriculum reform also puts higher requirements on the professional quality of teachers.How to quickly improve the professional quality of teachers to adapt to the needs of today’s education is the key issue to be solved today.The teacher’s choice and organization of the classroom teaching content not only directly reflects the teacher’s classroom teaching effect,but also indirectly reflects the teacher’s professional quality.This research is an extension study of the importance of the classroom teaching content proposed by Professor Zheng Chang long’s research group.It adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to select a novice type of a key middle school in Ji zhong City,Shaanxi Province.Teacher W,a proficient teacher in a key middle school in Changchun City,Jilin Province.As a case study object,the classroom teaching videos and interview recordings of the teacher W and the teacher N are collected as research materials and converted into actual records.Based on the CPUP model,the chemistry classroom teaching content is deconstructed,and the primitive content is divided horizontally according to the “5-level standard of the importance of classroom teaching content”.From the quantitative point of view,it describes the frequency distribution characteristics,the distribution characteristics of the duration,the distribution characteristics of the teaching process,and compares them to find the difference.From the perspective of quality,this paper analyzes the reasons for the difference in the importance of the content of the novice teacher W and the proficient teacher N classroom teaching content.To achieve a refined study of chemistry classroom teaching content,expand the understanding of the first-line teachers on the classroom teaching content,for the rapid growth of novice teachers,and try to propose feasible suggestions from the perspective of classroom teaching content.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive research results,the conclusions are drawn: Based on the quantitative research and analysis,the selection and organization of the classroom teaching content of the proficient hand N in the "Big Battery" class is better than the novice teacher W as a whole.From the distribution and frequency distribution of IDC,the proportion of C-level content of the novice teacher W is the highest,and the proportion of the B-level content of the proficient teacher is the highest.Combined with the specific teaching content,it shows that the novice teacher is a "knowledge"-oriented classroom teaching,and the proficient teacher is a "capability"-oriented classroom teaching.From the distribution of IDC’s teaching process,the “content rhythm” of the full-fledged teacher N is better than the novice teacher W.Based on qualitative analysis and analysis,the causes of the characteristics and the causes of the differences.Combined with the research conclusions,the paper puts forward the suggestions on the importance of the content of the classroom teaching content of the novice teachers,and provides some reference and reference for the rapid growth of the novice teachers.
