University Management On The Perspective Of Network Information Disclosure

On the basis of the constantly promoting of government-led administration information disclosure, university information disclosures are also continuously improved in the policy and legal aspects. In various ways of university information disclosure, the network information disclosure is currently the main and most important way. Based on the analysis of the policies、regulations、frames and contents of university information disclosure, taking the representative key university in our region and our country as examples, the paper analyzed the current situations of university information disclosure, found the problems and deficiencies of current network information disclosure from the case study, and then made a further analysis of the problems of university management in order to put forward feasible suggestions on improving network information disclosure and management level. The paper consists the following five parts:Introduction, mainly made an explanation on the background、purpose and significances of the topic.The second chapter interpreted the related concepts and main theories of network information disclosure, analyzed the main features and management structures of university、the manners and ranges of information disclosure and the features of university network building.The third chapter analyzed the contents and the influences of university information disclosure on management. Including the analysis of some university network of Inner Mongolia based on the main frame of E-government and the analysis of the network of key universities’information disclosure.Taking examples, this chapter analyzed the logics of information classification reflected from networks in universities, and then making a analysis of the influncence of university network information disclosures on mamagement from the following four aspects:the new management models、Information needs of decision-making、promoting academic freedom and democratic management、enhancing government building and oversight.The fourth chapter analyzed the current situation of information disclosures and problems on management. This chapter analyzed the main problems of current university information disclosure, combining the contrast on the efficiency of information disclosure of reprehensive universities Inner Mongolia and some advanced universities,and then analyzed the management problems from macrocosmic and microcosmic aspects on the basis of the theories and case study of university information disclosure.The fifth chapter gave some suggestions on improving university information disclosure in order to enhancing university management level.
