As social and economic lives are in the continuous development and progress, the public for information disclosure is on the growing demand. With the deepening of government information disclosure, university information disclosure gradually comes into the view of community. As the extending of information disclosure in the field of education and the possessor of public information, universities disclose information and protect the citizens' rights to information, which is a matter of course. The "government information disclosure ordinance" article 37 also provides that public information is within the category of university. At present, the existing literature on university information disclosure discussion is restricted by theory, the lack of empirical analysis, and particularly few articles which can be learnt from based on the perspective of factors. Therefore, the author tries to build a theoretical model, based on the perspective of factors to university information disclosure, and conducts exploratory analysis, combining empirical research.In this paper, theoretical analysis and empirical research methods are used for research of university information disclosure with factors as the starting point. By analyzing the current situation of information disclosure in domestic and international researches and combining the history and theory of university information disclosure, the factors have been put forward in five areas, namely, state system, the government information disclosure, the audience's right to know, demand and capacity of university and media's influence on public university information. By deeply analyzing the influence on university information disclosure from these five aspects and using structural equation to construct theoretical model, the influence on university information disclosure of the five factors is verified with data. Make recommendations based on empirical results, in order to promote the development of university information disclosure progress, to improve the theoretical basis of information disclosure, to make university disclosure reach a more reasonable standard.
