Investigation On The Effect Of S University’s Implementation Of Information Disclosure Policy

In the new period,the social environment is undergoing profound and complex changes.The development of modern society’s information technology has brought the dissemination of information to a whole new stage of development,and information has gradually evolved into precious social resources.The public has new demands for more convenient,fast,open,personalized and interactive information use and services.Information disclosure,as an important part of modern democracy nomocracy,has attracted worldwide attention.The "Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information" implemented in China since May 1,2008 have been implemented for more than ten years.The State has summarized past practical experience,and comprehensively revised the "Regulations" in light of new trends and practical issues.After the revision,the regulations has been officially implemented since May 15,2019.The newly revised "Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information" proposes a series of innovative measures that meet the requirements of the new era and meet the needs of the masses,bringing about major changes in government information disclosure.University information disclosure is a necessary part of national information discl osure.Moreover,University information disclosure means education fairness and transp arency,that is closely related to the interests of the public.In this context,the author takes S University as the object of investigation,and analyzes the current status of university information disclosure.Based on the newly revised Regulations on National Information Disclosure in 2019,the "Measures for the Disclosure of Information in Higher Education Institutions" and the "List of Information Disclosures for Higher Ed ucation Institutions" issued by the Ministry of Education,the author applies data statis tics and interview methods to investigate the status of information disclosure in S Uni versity from the following three dimensions: the disclosure of information by S Unive rsity on its own initiative,the disclosure of information by S University upon application,and the disclosure of information by S University in key areas.Through investigation and analysis,the author found that S University disclosed the corresponding information content in accordance with the "Measures for the Disclosure of Information of Higher Education Institutions" and "List of Information Disclosure of Higher Education Institutions",but there are still some shortcomings: weak information disclosure management and supervision and assessment mechanisms,and insufficient information disclosure,backward construction of information disclosure platforms,etc.The author made an in-depth analysis and believes that the current status quo is mainly due to the following reasons: the information disclosure policy of colleges and universities needs to be improved,external supervision is weak,and the colleges and universities do not pay enough attention.To this end,based on the newly revised "National Information Disclosure Regulations" and the new information technology application environment in the current era of big data,I propose countermeasures to improve the current status quo: improve the information disclosure policy of universities,improve the management mechanism of university information disclosure,build a big data platform for university information disclosure in the new era,increase the intensity of university information disclosure and improve the quality of university information disclosure.
