With the development of the Internet, the network has made a very significant influenceon people’s lifestyles, production methods, behavioral patterns and the way of thinking.Network which promotes social’s development encourages people to put a higherrequirements on education. The development and value’s implementation of school educationdepend on the teaching situation. And the effectiveness of teaching is the best indicator toreflect the teaching situation. To the high school’s ideological and political courses, theeffectiveness of teaching is the starting point and end point. Without effectiveness, theteaching of ideological and political in high school doesn’t make any sense. So improving theteaching effectiveness of high school’s ideological and political courses under the networkenvironment is very important. It’s a necessary requirement of the learning society, aninevitable requirement to promote quality education. It’s also a requirement of correct valueguidance to high school students, a requirement to ensure the socialist direction of running aschool.Combined with the teaching process of high school’s ideological and political courses,we found that the main factors to influence the teaching effectiveness of high school’sideological and political courses are teachers, students, teaching content, teaching methodsand teaching environment through analyzing. Under the network environment, these fivefactors are facing new opportunities and severe challenges. Such as the network environmentprovides a platform to improve the quality of teachers, to some extent, it also challengesteacher’s ability and authority; it strengthens students’ subjectivity, but it also affects thephysical and mental development of students; under the network environment, teachingcontents can be enriched and expanded continuously, but it also met a certain impact ofInternet; teaching methods follow the direction of modernization in network environment, butin the process of using modern teaching methods, it appears new problems; the networkenvironment promotes the teaching environment to play a resultant effect, but it also makesthe teaching environment be increasingly complex.Under the network environment, facing the new opportunities and tough challenges ofhigh school’s politics teaching effectiveness, it’s an urgent to take advantage of theopportunities and meet the challenges to propose some feasible countermeasures to promotethe increasingly improving of high school’s ideological and political teaching. In order totruly improve the effectiveness of teaching, we should draw lessons from the relatedexperience abroad. We should start from the five factors of high school’s ideological andpolitical teaching effectiveness, adhere to integrity, subjectivity, teaching and learning harmony interactive, applying theory to reality principles. Specifically, first, teachers shouldchange their teaching philosophy and improve their own quality. Changing teachingphilosophy asks teachers to foster modern teaching philosophy, such as student-centered viewof students, two-way interactive concept of teaching, over-all development concept ofstudents’ evaluation. At the same time, teachers should improve their own quality all-round,such as political qualities, moral qualities, information qualities and so on. Second, we mustfocus on improving the students’ psychological quality. High school students are in adolescent,they show a unique psychological characteristics in study and have a strong selectivity; theyhave some abilities of independent thinking, but not impressive enough; they have a deepsense of competition and focus on learning efficiency; they have a higher learningconsciousness and respect for freedom. Combined with the psychological characteristics ofhigh school students, teachers should think about cultivating students’ interest in learning,inspire students’ intrinsic learning motivation, enhance students’ learning willpower, etc. toconstantly improve their psychological qualities. Third, teaching content should be constantlyoptimized according to the demands of social development and students’ growth. Combinedwith the characteristics of the network environment, the screening of internet information canbe subtly added to the teaching contents. And we also should pay attention to improving thenetwork literacy of high school students, And bring the related content of internet moral andecological civilization into high school politics teaching contents. Fourth, from the teachingmeans, to improve the effectiveness of high school’s politics teaching, teachers should berational to use multimedia technology and promote the teaching mode innovation through thenetwork. Teachers should make clear of the purpose of using multimedia teaching techniques,make courseware elaborately and design teaching process carefully, pay attention to students’feelings, experiences and participation; Under the guidance of humanism and constructivistlearning theory, teachers can create a two-way interactive heuristic teaching mode and acollaborative inquiry based on internet teaching mode. Fifth, we should exert synergies effectof teaching environment to clean the network environment. From the external teachingenvironment, society should strengthen supervision, communities should strengthenpropaganda, families should take this into account; From the internal teaching environment,schools should strengthen guidance and strengthen the ties with the external teachingenvironment to promote the synergies effect in teaching.
