Research On The Pe Cultural Construction On University Campus In Jilin Province

The school’s fundamental aim is to "educating people", the campusculture is unique is that an influence character by environment in the form of individualbody and mind to produce positive effect, so as to achieve the purpose of educatingpeople". Physical Education on university campus is one of the key content in cultural construction in China, and one of the vital measures of ideology construction. Being a crucial ingredient of campus culture in Chinese higher education, Physical education on university campus is the culture that is popularly enjoyed by both teachers and students in universities with rich creativity and vigor. It has heavily influenced the teaching staff, students with its unique cultural penetration, even on rural physical education. Well designed PE culture on university campus may forge students’will, foster their adaptation to the future careers, and strengthen their moral and outlook toward the outside world. Students are cultivated to renovate their understanding of PE, enrich their spiritual lives, and improve their aesthetic appeals. They are also enriched knowledge on sports, with developed willpower and interest on PE. University students can develop positive habit of keeping fit by strengthening their skills and training. Meanwhile, students’social awareness can be improved to better integrate into society with enhanced social skills and communication capacities in the society. In view of this, to university campus sports culture research has the extremely important practical significance.Based on existing research on the theme, different measures of research have been conducted by referring to the literature, interviewing relevant scholars, issuing questionnaires, and so on. By applying sciences of health education, physical education, health sciences, psychology, pedagogy, and statistics, stratified random sample survey was conducted on more than1200undergraduate students from9universities in Jilin province, including Jilin University of Agriculture, Jilin University, Northeast Normal University, Changchun University of Technology, Jilin Normal University, Changchun University, Yanbian University, Tonghua Teachers’College, Beihua University, etc. After thorough research and statistical analysis, we have an overall and detailed understanding of current situation of PE cultural construction on university campus in Jilin province. In the paper, we analyze the factors that constrain the status quo of PE cultural construction on university campus in Jilin Province, and that promote cultural construction to help a sound development of PE course reform in higher education in Jilin Province. PE cultural construction on university campus in higher education in Jilin province is a way to embody the core concept of university campus construction in Jilin province, as well as the trend of PE development in higher education and an expectation of higher education. In light of the above mentioned data,1hope the paper may help the reform and innovation of PE cultural construction on university campus in higher education, and follow the rapid pace of development to cover PE cultural construction on university campus under the strategic objectives of the development of China’s higher education. It is of theoretical and practical significance to revitalize university PE resources, and create a good PE culture on university campus, adding a force for reform and development of higher education.
