The moral education is a bridge of enhancing the social cohesion and a regulation of an importantmeans of social norm,which is related to the formational morality、good social establishment and enhancingthe comprehensive national strength.So,the claim of strengthen moral education has valued by hegovernment,and concerned by the whole society. However, the community si always a serious incidentoccurred to he code of the ethics for a long time.The “Knowing separation”problems are common duringthe young students.Then,how to strengthen the effectiveness of the moral education,became a hot issues.Mao Zedong’s teaching thought on the practice of morality is the core content of Mao Zedong’s thought ofmoral education, which has proved a good reference model and an useful inspiration to the moral educationnow.So,it is imported to search Mao Zedong’s teaching thought on the practice of morality again.This article has investigated the origin of Mao Zedong’s thought of moral education first. There arethree methods: literature researching,comparative analysis and historical researching. The Marxist theoryof moral education、The Chinese traditional thought of moral education and the practice of moraleducation in construction process are the main sources and according to Mao Zedong’s teaching thought onthe practice of morality.Second, there are several basic aspects of Mao Zedong’s teaching thought on the practice of morality.The first, the principles of Mao Zedong’s teaching thought on the practice of morality: relate theory withpractice, Be good at giving systematic guidance, pay attention to moral emotion cultivation, combined withthe teaching of language and so on. Then, the contents:"Serving the people","collective","patriotism","learning the workers and peasants","work hard and perseveringly" etc. The last one, the methods: in theactual struggle, practical life, live with workers and peasants, learning moral examples, self education,learning society, etc.The last one, combined with the reality,to investigate the Mao Zedong’s teaching thought on thepractice of morality. The moral education should emphasize the moral unity and cognitive performance,pay attention to moral emotion cultivation, to strengthen the moral evaluation and moral criticism. In aword, highlighting the practice of moral education is the most important.
