An Investigation Of The Development Situation And Countermeasure Of Physical Fitness And Amusement Industry In Wuhan

Social sports instructor is an important force in promoting the implementation of the National Fitness Program, it plays an very important role in the implementation of the "National Fitness Program", enhancing people’s awareness of sports, carrying out a variety of sports activities, guiding people to take body-building scientifically and guiding social sports consumption. Social sports instructor gradually adapt to the development of mass sports in China for many years of development. Wuhan, as a capital city, and the first city in the middle central, its development have strong representation while also has a distinct characteristics features. This research ues literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, statistics and other research methods to analysis the basic data and related information about instructors from13district of Wuhan, in order to further understanding the current development situation of the instructors in Wuhan, and as a result, more prominent contradictions and problems had be found. In this paper, in order to gather first-hand information through data, combining with the actual development from theory, through a comparative study of social sports instructors in foreign countries and cities, to explore trends and future development of the rule of instructors and provide empirical reference for social sports instructor training team in Wuhan.The results show that the overall level of social sports instructors in wuhan city growth obvious advantages, but the level ratio, proportion of low level is too big; Age structure aging trend, the instructor for the elderly; the proportion of male and female is not appropriate; most instructors’educational background is low, moderate degree above personnel is less; Occupational structure of the social sports instructors in the main is a retired worker; Guidance mainly concentrated in the morning and evening time, the venue of the activity are mainly distributed in square, park and community; Guide project mostly for dance, martial arts and ball; In order to solve the above problems, and puts forward some improvement Suggestions:(1) Security at the same time the total social sports instructor, optimize itsstructure system;(2) Starting from the social sports instructor training, the training channels, standardize their teaching and the establishment of the social sports instructors of social sports instructors training base; Pay attention to the social sports instructor continuing education;(3) From the sports enthusiasts in the development of Youth Social Sports Instructors;(4) Effectively play the role of social sports instructor;(5) Establish mechanisms for social sports Wuhan government purchases and exploring mechanisms for government purchase of social sports instructors in service.
