Present Situation And Investigation On Counter-meatures Of Social Sports Instructors In Wuhan

As an important part of social sports, sport instructorsis avery important talentsource to promote the development of the national fitness cause, The development of social sport instructors directly affected the quality of sports development in our country.The article utlizes literature, interviews, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other methods to research the current situation of the development of social sports instructor team in Wuhan. The research results show that, the number of social sports instructors has been done on the development of social sports instructors planning (2011-2015) "requirement, but the level of imbalance,a smaller proportion of high-level instructors; Age structure is agingimbalance, the proportion of women more than men, the level of educationg is not high,,almost are secondary education;Uneven distribution of professional and part-time accounted for most of the guidance work, only a handful of professional sports practitioner;and guiding rate is not high;place to guide mainly in the parks, residential areas and sports stadiums; Tai chi, sword, fitness (beauty) exersice is given priority to.There are many factors interference social sports instructors to carry out the guidance work, the main factors for:department in charge of the lack of effective organization and management, their own professional knowledge is not enough, lacks of rudimentary sports facilities; training courses are too theoretical knowledge, pay attention to the cultivation of practice ability is not enoughand training time is too short.Social sports instructors’recognition for the work about the organization and management of the competent department are not high, there are a large number of unlicensed guidance in grassroots, but many holders do not participate in guidance. Put forward some countermeasures to deal with the present situation of Wuhan’s social sports insturctors,: strengthen the government’s macroscopic management function, clear the responsibilities of management departments at different levels of management institutions;develop scientific selection principle;promote the sports colleges cultivate social sports instructors; improve the training mode of social sports instructors;refine the classification of social sports instructors;set up the incentive mechanism;intensify the propaganda of social sport instructions.The research work can offer scientific theoretical basis for social sport instructor team construction and development, put forward the corresponding countermeasure, to in order to promote social sport instructors become the important talent resources to provide sports fitness service in Wuhan, so as to further promote the healthy and orderly development of social sports in Wuhan.
