The Study Of Teachers’ Information Technology Leadership On The Background Of Education Informatization

With the development of leadership theory and the advancement of education informatization, the school leadership appeared with a new connotation, in2011the ministry of education promulgated the "decade development plan of education informatization (2011-2020)" expressly referred to the concept of school informatization leadership.in our team’s previous research, we concluded that the school informatization leadership has three parts:The headmaster’s informatization leadership, team’s informatization leadership and teachers’informatization leadership.the teacher group is the biggest part of the members of the school, they are implementers of teaching task and promoters of the development of the school,they are a major power in pushing forward informationalization process of the education, and the information age requires teachers to have the informatization leadership,so the study of teachers’informatization leadership is extremely urgent.The research of the teachers’informatization leadership is lack,mostly from the perspective of describing to define the teachers’informatization leadership, hasn’ t formed a complete system, not to mention to provide guidance to the practice of teacher leadership’s ascension,this study aims to expand the study of the theory of the teachers’ information technology leadership,and provide some suggestions and comments for the practice of teachers’information technology leadership promotion.This paper on the basis of existing research,use literature analysis, comparative study, analogy research, questionnaire survey and interviews and other methods to study the teachers’information technology leadership under the background of education informatization.Firstly,begin with the "the ten year’s development plan of education informatization (2011-2020)",combine with the requirement for teachers by the education informatization,put forward the concept of teachers’information technology leadership:The process and ability that teachers use the idea and means of information in their teaching and researching to influence students,colleagues, and the principal (school administrators) in order to adapt and improve the teaching of information age, promote the professional development of themselves and their colleagues, construct good school culture, promote the sustainable development of the school and promote the progress of education informatization.Secondly,with the analysis and synthesis of the existing research on teacher leadership, combine with the information technology background,put forward the four constituent parts of teachers’information technology leadership:teachers’ability of information technology,teachers’informationization teaching leadership,teachers’ informationization professional development leadership and teachers’informationization cultural leadership of school.Then analysis the specific composition of each contents of teachers’information technology leadership according to the specific tasks and features of each constitute.thirdly,design questionnaire and interview questions to survey the present situation of understanding of teachers’information technology leadership according to the specific connotation.take out the present situation of teachers’information technology leadership in the teachers’understanding and application. Finally,according to the survey,combine with the theory of knowledge management and learning community,on the weak links of the teachers’information technology leadership,make analysis and design on the promotion strategy.
