Information age of teachers as a talent cultivation of the person, theinformation literacy and through the use of information technologycapability is particularly important which will directly influence to thepersonnel training quality. With the concept of teachers’ professionaldevelopment people more and more deep understanding to the fact thatProfessional development multifaceted, but it cannot leave a core abilityof teachers education-technical ability which will be for teachers’development plays a vital role.Secondary teachers is the whole team of teachers in the importantgroups, they directly to the market for training high quality, the task ofskilled talents, their own quality will quickly reflect to the body of theemployed. Therefore, secondary teachers’ professional development is thevocational education of the important research content, and informationtechnology to promote secondary teacher professional developmentwhich is also the core of the problem.Full text first from the era of big environment, this paper analyzesthe research secondary teachers’ professional development which includesthe meaning and importance, and then from the current situation of thedomestic and international research literature analysis, comb of teachers’professional development view representative,(Gu Xiaoqing, ZhangYichun, such as more than wins springs) and then focuses on the analysisof the secondary teachers "double teachers" roles, and secondary teachersunique knowledge structure, provides the theory basis for the constructionof a model. In practice research level, this article first to group’s point ofview, to participate in the2011"modern education technology secondaryteachers in Guangxi autonomous region grade and curriculum integrationtraining" student survey analysis, make out its overall level. And thenfurther to5is representative of the secondary teacher surveys andinterviews, in search of their use of information technology to promotetheir professional development trajectories, this is the focus in this paper,make a more abundant skill after material, the group and case material analysis, comparative thinking, summed up the information supportvocational schools "double teachers" professional development ofpatterning.
