The concept of "inclusive education" first appeared in Salamanca Declaration which was carried out by UNESCO in1994. As a new educational idea, inclusive education has been gradually accepted by the whole world in the past two decades. Countries around the world begin to have theoretical and practical studies; inclusive education has become an important topic of educational research. As a country with diverse cultural backgrounds, affected by the process of democratization in the world and domestic political reform, South Africa also actively promotes inclusive education and achieved fruitful results. Policy support, the school system, education system, teacher training and other implementation strategies of South Africa promote actively inclusive education in South Africa. Although the practice of learning in regular class has achieved some success, inclusive education of our country still has a long way to go. This paper, based on the concept of inclusive education in South Africa discusses their practice of inclusive education in South Africa to form a more comprehensive understanding. Through analysis of the development and problems of inclusive education in South Africa, and then combining the situation of China, some inspiration and reference are proposed.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter introduces the history of inclusive education in South Africa. On the basis of the concept of inclusive education in South Africa, review the development process of inclusive education in South Africa. The second chapter analyses the implementation of inclusive education in South Africa focused on policies and specific measures including School system, teaching, teacher training and international cooperation and then form a more comprehensive understanding of the inclusive education in South Africa. The third chapter has an in-depth analysis of the Inclusive Education Projects in South Africa. The fourth chapter discusses how to carry out enlightenment of inclusive education in South Africa. Based on the South Africa’s experience and problem, talk about what we can do in the future.
