Since the 1994 world conference on special education announced on the declaration of salamanca for the first time put forward the concept of “inclusive education”,the inclusive education thought was widely accepted worldwide and popular.Inclusive education thought although derived from the special education field,but after the further development of more than 20 years,inclusive education thought has gone far beyond the special education,advocated by its opposition to discriminate against,basic idea of acceptance of all the students to look at the more disadvantaged children.Inclusive education thought advocated to include all learners in general education,respect the differences between students,meet the learning needs of each student,in order to they can get best suited to their own development,can smoothly enter society in the future to lay a good foundation.Ye shengtao once said:”education is agriculture,giving proper soil,crop nutrients and sunlight,they can grow on their own.”Inclusive education thought to advocate the attention to each student’s concept,vigorously against discrimination and exclusion of education,is of positive significance not only to realize the education fair,and at the same time for the construction of harmonious inclusive society have played a role in promoting.This paper combed the inclusive education thought in the background,development course and theoretical system,on the basis of the inclusive education thought abroad practice and China’s practice of inclusive education thought in studied.Due to inclusive education thought is still a developing process of new things,so abroad in the practice of inclusive education thought met with many dilemmas,in this paper,on the basis of the trouble trying to reflect on the thoughts of inclusive education theory and put forward the path.Followed in the form of inclusive education practice in our country is called,it made some achievements in the development process of also reached the crossroads of the development at the same time,draw lessons from foreign of inclusive education in China is a right choice.Paper except the introduction mainly includes the following seceral parts:The first part is on the rise and development of inclusive education thought to comb.Including the rise of inclusive education thought background and historical evolution process of two sapects.The second part is about the thoughts of inclusive education theory system and its significance in overview. The thoughts of inclusive education theory system, respectively from the basic concept, theoretical basis, main characteristics, education principle and value orientation, the essay discusses five aspects; Respectively from the significance of the thoughts of inclusive education, education, personal and social three aspects discussed.The third part discusses is the practice of inclusive education ideological trend abroad and the theory of reflection. Including the inclusive education ideological trend the achievement of practice, practice, theoretical reflection and path from four aspects.The fourth part discusses our country’s practice inclusive education thoughts. Followed in the from and the comparison of inclusive education and inclusive education in our country two aspects discussed.The fifth part is a profound thinking inclusive education ideological trend bring us enlightenment, namely, reform education system, reform teaching and hug children more vulnerable groups.
