Under the background of world multi-polarization,economic globalization,cultural diversity,and in-depth development of social information,Confucius Institutes,as one of the important measures for Chinese culture to "go global",is a good platform for martial arts international communication.It is the important task of promoting the internationalization of Chinese martial arts,inheriting and carrying forward the excellent culture of the Chinese nation and establishing China's national image.The Confucius Institute in South Africa is an important component of the Confucius Institute overseas.The development of the martial arts class in the"Confucius Classroom in China" in South Africa will help promote the popularization of Chinese martial arts in South Africa,which will help to better inherit and carry forward the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.Comprehensive research on the "Chinese Confucius Classroom" martial arts class in South Africa was carried out by means of literature research,field observation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other scientific research methods.The conclusions are as follows:The South African "Confucius Classroom in China Center" martial arts class lacks a systematic syllabus and applicable textbooks for the audience in South Africa.A survey of students from the 4th and 8th grades of the Confucius Institute in South Africa found that this grade is the most potentially valuable martial arts class in South Africa's "Confucius Classroom in China" Among them,40.74%of the respondents are studying martial arts skills and martial arts culture.Learning and Chinese learning are three-in-one comprehensive courses;martial arts film and television works are the most effective teaching materials and teaching methods,which can arouse students' interest and curiosity in martial arts learning.In addition,there are problems such as lack of martial arts teachers,single boring teaching methods,lack of equipment venues and insufficient teaching time.Based on hands-on teaching practice and investigation,combined with the reality of the "Confucius Classroom in China Center" in South Africa,the following strategies are proposed for the most urgent issues supported by martial arts classes such as outline textbooks,teachers and teaching methods:In the outline and teaching materials.In addition to the uniform textbooks for the audience of the 4th to 8th grade of South Africa's nine-year compulsory education,there should be a certain flexibility to meet the educational principles of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.The design of martial arts textbooks should be easy to leam and take into account certain practicalities for popularization.It should be different for men and women,have certain flexibility to meet the needs of the audience,and should increase the content of film and television martial arts culture.Limit the martial arts content.In terms of teachers.In addition to selecting domestic outstanding martial arts talents,it is also necessary to absorb South African local martial arts teachers to expand their influence.In the martial arts lesson.Design a set of martial arts teaching demonstration courses that integrate Chinese teaching,so that martial arts teachers can follow the martial arts teaching,so as to achieve the basic skills of vocabulary learning and the basic vocabulary and basic usage of Chinese vocabulary in the South African audience;design a set of fusion Chinese Teaching martial arts and television culture classes to enhance the interest of South African audiences in martial arts and a preliminary understanding of martial arts and even Chinese culture.
