In recent years, preschool teachers unethical behavior occurs frequently. Construction of teachers’ professional ethics is not good. This paper analyzes the historical evolution and basic characteristics of NAEYC ethical code. Provide recommendations for the construction of professional ethics preschool teachers.NAEYC is the largest organization of American kindergarten teachers. It has already started to discuss the kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics issues in the1970s, formulate ethical code of conduct preschool teachers in1997, It sets ethical code of conduct preschool teacher in1997. It has revised it several times, after several supplements. In terms of content, it has a similar law on the actual behavior as normative sense, to the kindergarten teachers provide a specific operational behavior guidelines. In the United States preschool teachers industries, it has a very important position. However, our codes, although so far it has been developed over20years, and also revised a number of times, but has not yet reached the same position with similar NAEYC code. Construction of the kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics, it is extremely urgent.NAEYC code is not reached after a brief discussion today, the extent of the state’s more mature. It has a special historical development:In1976, people in the community is very strong desire it;1978experts began to call the call;1980Association began to respond;1987many people are involved;1989began to be constantly updated.Such a process has a lot of reasons:early childhood teacher professional development is the driving force; changing times, the need to educate the external impetus; freedom relaxed social atmosphere is a good environment. For these reasons, NAEYC reflect the many features:professional organizations at the forefront; There are several dimensions on the structure of the text, pointing to a number of clients; logically progressive layers, drafting tight; propaganda guidance when there is vigorously promoted and supported; In the revision process, continuous improvement; carry on the implementation of early childhood teachers to solve the "dilemma" primary orientation.From China’s specific situation, you can learn from NAEYC experience, which can give the formulation of kindergarten teachers ’professional ethics to provide a lot of inspiration:early childhood teachers’ professional organizations should play a greater role; in the formulation of the text should not say empty seeking easier to "operate"; in the content of the text you want to pursue a full-featured and tight logic; in the formulation process to actively communicate with other people concerned about the empirical basis; norms in promoting awareness and education should pay attention to.
