Migrant Behavior Norms And Socialization

During the present period ,the main content of urbanization is urbanization of population. As a main part of urbanization, the number of peasants in city is larger and larger with the accumlationof the surplus labour in rural area and accumlation of economic grouth in city.The most important is resocianization of the peasants in city,and criterion of behavior is highligter during the process of the resocianization.This paper repor the study conducted in Meilong town ,Minghang distract in Shanghai.,by the method of investigation of question paper and issue.This paper is composed four parts.First part,purpose and significance of the study, research situation and method will be described.Second part,descriptive study the behavior code of conduct of the peasants in city. Find out that behxior code of conduct has threecharacters.First,change takes place in approachs of cognition which is mainly composed with communication media rather than consang and rative. Second, at three criterion, regulation of diary life, working rules,law.Resocialization level are difference and can be measured bythree terms.cognition, abidance and indentity.Third part,the factors inflence resocialization of peasantsin city have been devided into objective factors and subject factors before detail analysis.Amony objective factors, income actsthe most important role,while the communication media take the first place amony subjective factors.the last part of this paper comes the mainconclusion of the study,the problem remains to be resolved and further research should be conducted.
