Administration, teaching and discipline are essential for creating an ethical teaching principle number one is respect the students’interest, Ⅱ is a class effect. Herbart apprehension to illustrate the teaching process, presents teaching theory, formative stage and the students’interests are closely linked with. Ambiguous goals of sportsmanship, physical education safety accidents occurring frequently, students’interest in sports activities do not receive enough attention, lack reasonable measures of discipline in physical education. Faced with these problems, we can begin with education theory of Herbart, Attaches great importance to students of sports ethics; correctly handle school sports management and give full play to students’potential relationship; emphasis on training students in various sports activities of interest; emphasis on the development of PE Teaching autonomous learning ability.
