The Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held a meeting on August 26,2016,passed the "health China 2030" plan.The CPC Central Committee and State Council decision to deepen education reform and promote quality-oriented education also pointed out: "health is the basic premise for young people to serve the motherland and the people,embodies the vitality of the Chinese nation.School education should establish the guiding ideology health first,strengthen physical education to enable students to master the basic motor skills,cultivate a good habit of exercise.According to the survey found that high school students physical health of students' physical quality showed a downward trend,at the same time,learning pressure,physical quality,factors affecting the personal interest of students,the school sports physical education learning interest is low,sports ability weakens,defined in this study as "poor students" therefore.Based on the relevant national policy guidelines,follow the idea of school education,health first,with the "Internet plus" model as the starting point,improve students interest in physical education as the starting point,the network technology and the combination of sports teaching mode are analyzed,so as to sports teaching network To provide empirical evidence.This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire,collective interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics and other research methods,theoretical analysis and experimental demonstration of a combination of methods.Mainly using the method of investigation and questionnaire before the experiment on the four high school carries on the questionnaire analysis,the 20 body conception sampling Ningling County second high school experimental difficulties to participate in the study.Through the "physical education learning interest scale" evaluation comparing before and after the experiment students in body movement somatosensory game teaching mode of physical education learning interest level,with " sports situational interest scale " to test motion somatosensory teaching situation of poor students in lower level,further analysis of moving body sense game for Finally,the following conclusions are formed:1.Sports learning interest can affect students' active interest in sports learning,sportslearning negative interest level,independent inquiry and learning ability,sports participation and attention to sports.2.The experimental subjects(sleepy students)and physical teachers have lower cognitive level.3.Sports somatosensory teaching has a positive and positive impact on physical learning interest of high school students with physical difficulties.4.The improvement of sports situation interest can effectively lead the students to improve their physical learning interest.5.Sports type somatosensory game experiment teaching before and after the students' sports learning interest level showed significant difference.6.The experimental object is satisfied with the effect of sports somatosensory teaching,the experimental class atmosphere is active.
