Research Of Problems In College Group Work Practice

Nowadays, school social work that has entered the mainland Chinese universities and involved in the cultivation and management of university students is at the beginning of the stage. Because of that, good solutions to the problems in the practice of college social work is in the lack state. The theoretical study is focus on the applicability of positive significance of the school social work into colleges or the school social work with existing university teaching and management model to combine viable option, but rarely to university social work practice issues that arise as the research object. In view of this, The purpose of this paper is to summed up the appropriate solution for the example of Shandong University freshmen growth group, through analyzing the problems of the university group work practice.The author used the observing and analyzing methods to observe the entire record of the "communication and cooperation" theme newborn growth group and analyzed the group activities and processes. At the same time, the author used the method of analysis of interviews with members of the working group members, and analyzed the interviews, the author combined field theory, group dynamics, self-mirror theory, communication theory and social learning theory, and contacted the patterns and principles of group work to analyzed and summarize some of the problems that appeared in college group work practice. The solutions to address these issues in the planning, recruitment, operating three-stage solution are proposed.
