With the implementation of the policy of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, institutions of higher learning of students scale is growing, and the pattern of education at the university of completely different from the stage of primary and secondary schools, a large number of students appear difficult role transition phenomenon, not adapt to college study, life, thoughts on trapped, psychological pressure, interpersonal barriers and so on. Today’s college freshmen education ignore the students’ demand, heavy system of publicity, lack of adaptation training and guiding role transformation, which forms a connecting link between the preceding and cause some college freshmen adapt to difficult, adaptation period long, psychological problems, affecting the healthy growth of college students.In this paper, application of social: work value concept and the theory of knowledge, use group working methods, to XX university XX college class of 2014 freshmen as team work in object, to evaluate their adaptability condition, according to their performance of the adaptive problem, to intervene in the form of group intervention, education, skills training in group activities, help them to complete the role transformation, adapt to college environment, positive into different with previous study life.
