After entering into twenty first century and with the constant development of higher education in our country,the number of graduates from universities have been on the rise.Therefore the employment pressure faced by fresh graduates is increasingly severe.Most university students especially female students have faced with various psychological problems during the recruitment process.The occurrence of these problems have not only related to students' personal factors but also correlated with universities,families,the recruitment company and the entire social context.Guided by Social Support Theory,Empowerment Theory and Constructive Theory,the author has fully explored the inner potential and social support network of female university students to ease the psychological problems of the employment process for female university students.By the intervention of group work,practical approaches are offered to relieve the psychological problems of female university students.This article took fresh graduates in Q university as respondents.By delivering there hundred questionaries and conducting unstructured interviews,the common degree of psychological problems that occurred among female students in Q university are as follow : anxious and worried mentality;self-abased and coward mentality that doubts personal ability;conformist mentality that listens to other's opinions blindly;self-conceit mentality that can't see clearly of themselves;mind of rivalry that focuses too much on others and the impatient and paranoia mentality that possesses with low stress tolerance.In terms of these problems,with the intervention of group work,six group activities were carried out in this article to assist group members to master the skills of coordinating their personal mood.Moreover they are able to realize their own strengths and weaknesses to enhance self-efficiency.In this way,can they understand their accurate position while mastering job-hunting skills and possessing the confidence in employment.In the end of the thesis,the author has concluded and reflected the research on psychological problems of the employment concerning female university students with the intervention of group work.Here are several problems occurred in the intervention of the group work : firstly the service users had no recognition of social workers' identity;secondly the professional ability of social workers is required to be improved.Thirdly there was no follow up visits when the group activity ended.Here are several inspiration after the research on psychological problems of the employment concerning female university students with the intervention of group work: First,the application of social work methods to employment guidance system in universities;Second,the enhancement of the optimizing the professional social work curriculum;third,improvement concerning the construction of social work system and tracking mechanism of service users.Fourth,the insurance of the equality in the employment process among female university students by legal system.
