DQAF System And Its Application In The Assessment Of Data Quality

With the rapid deve lopme nt of society and explos ion of information,we ha veentered an"era of big data".Data has penetrated into every field o f industries andbecome an important factor of production. W ith re gard to the governme nt,qua lity o fstatistical data is not only re lated to the life of statistica l work,but also to governme ntwhether it can perform the functio ns well and make the right decis ions,and thenestablis h the go vernment ’s credibility.For research scholars, statistical data qualitydirectly affects the outcome of e mpirica l research.So,it plays an important role inmacro-econo my and micro-subject.In order to meet the require me nts of statistical dataquality and promote the inte gration of the internationa l statistica l syste m,we shouldmake a further research on our government statistical data.The full te xt is divided into five chapters.The first chapter brie fly introduce thebackground and s ignificance of this research,analyzes the internal a nd externa lresearch find ings,disc usses the research ideas and methods through s yste maticallyreviewing literatures;the second chapter talks about the applicab ility of IMF DQAF inour country, it introduces the background,deve lopme nt of Data Qua lity Assessme ntFramework and elaborates the specific assessme nt dimens ions,e leme nts, ind icatorsand process in sophisticated architecture,and then exp lore the feasib ility ofDQAF-based assessme nt syste m in our country through the analys is of its scope andeffect.The third chapter summarizes the qua lity assessment methods in countriesunder different statistica l syste m,ana lyzes current status quo and proble ms ofstatistical s yste m in our country, integrated DQAF system and statistical s ystem inline with China ’s nationa l conditio ns to build our data qua lity assessme nt fra mework.The fo urth c hapter adopts questionna ire surve y to collect data and uses structura lequation model to fit data,then verify the data quality assessment fra mework build forour country.According to e mp irical research results, the last chapter puts forwardsome suggestions from the view o f statistica l environme nt mechanis m andprerequisite of quality,statistical core process and statistical output.
