Nowadays, more and more people receive higher education. But many graduates find that they can’t transfer the knowledge and skills into practice directly. So many students actively participate in social practice activities to advance their employability and internship is one of the most popular activity forms. Researchers also notice the prosperous of the internship. In China, researchers focus more on the macro perspective of this issue and pay less attention to the micro part, like how interns learn in real work environment and what kind of factors influence their learning activity, etc.The author spreads over a hundred open questionnaires to the financial interns in TY Company to know their real work experiences as interns in TY Company. The study uses qualitative method to analyze how the internship work situation influences the interns’learning process. And finding that the internship work situation does has great impact on interns’learning. The form of task, complex network relationship, flexible operational environment and company’s culture will enrich the learning opportunities. Interns will learn different knowledge, skills and attitudes in different situations. And how to manage time and solve the ill structured problems will considerably influence interns’ learning. |
