With the popular of higher education,《Suggestions on Project of ReformingTeaching and Education Quality in College during12th Five-Year Plan>> saysimproving high education quality and education level gets to be the main directionfor high education. In which, proiect construction includes constructing and sharingNational Opening Quality Courses. Aiming at our teacher education, Ministry ofEducation sets the National Opening Quality Courses of Teaching Education in orderto bring new blood for Teacher Education Courses Idea, improve teacher educationcourses, innovate teaching education contents, improve teaching methods,strengthenteaching practice and fulture development, to improve teacher educationquality. Since2001, approved by the Ministry of Education, Chongqing NormalUniversity established the first science education. So far,63universitiesundergraduate science education opened. Although science education as an emergingprofessional by the experts, teachers attention and constantly strive to build andimprove the professional curriculum in colleges and universities to improve scienceliteracy normal students. But overall speaking, Science education in the country iscurrently little influence, obvious characteristics in personnel training and poorprofessional construction achievements radiation effects."Secondary Science Teaching Design" provides a systematic framework ofinstructional design theory for our institutions of higher learning in thiscourse. Colleges and universities promoting this course of carrying out is good toall colleges and universities to improve science education professional. Study ofthis subject belongs to a sub-topic of national quality course "middle school scienceteaching design". Research focuses on science class courseware making. By analyzingthe courseware cases, to provide better guidance to the specific implementation ofthis course, for teaching reference. This paper uses a literature study and case analysis, by analyzing thecharacteristics of science teaching and courseware characteristics of a supportingrole, Proposing methods and making recommendations for secondary school sciencecourseware. Combined with normal students’ learning characteristics and actualteaching environment, designing a "secondary school science teaching design’’courseware.Courseware cases show a general science courseware production process mainlyfrom the learning needs analysis, the development of teaching strategies, teachingdesign, classroom assessment and courseware making five areas. And make a fewpoints for the courseware case:1, content presentation.2, font design.3, thepicture selection.4, the results show. According to the theoretical analysis andpractical process for courseware production process makes the followingprecautions:1, Courseware design should create a^harmonious" learningatmosphere. Concerned about the students and teaching materials and emphasis onteaching activities situational creation.2, Courseware design for the purpose of"efficient" classroom. Concerned abou’t the students ability to participate. Handlerelations with the default and generate. Designed to strengthen the training of"variant and expansion.〃3, courseware design should reflect the value ofthinking. Designed to explore issues reflect the "thinking dialogue."Focus onfeedback and evaluation.
