| In recent years, with the rapid development of world volleyball and the constantly improvement of volleyball technology, the progressive rate of Chinese women’s volleyball team is significantly fall behind the pace of the world volleyball. Among them, one of the most prominent issues which currently existed in the Chinese women’s volleyball team is weakness of block ability. Block is one of the six basic skills of volleyball, is the first line of defense and also one of the major means of scoring. Block capacity insufficient will let them be at a disadvantage situation in the fierce competition of offensive, they will be beaten passively. For modern women’s volleyball, the fight ability on the volleyball net will make a directly impact on winning or losing the game. Thereby increasing the blocking level is one of the main problems to improve the integral level of Chinese women’s volleyball team.From the view of blocking situation in the back line attack, Chinese women’s volleyball team give priority to the double block, and one-man block take the second place. The composition of the blocking people in Chinese women’s volleyball team is in line with the international mainstream, however the proportion of one-man block is still too much, and multi-block in Chinese women’s volleyball team need to be further enhanced. The scoring rate of Chinese women’s volleyball team is relatively lower the competitor, empty block rate is higher, the ability has a little gap comparing with their competitors.This paper adopted many research methods such as searching in literature, video observation, mathematical statistics, CAD drawing etc. We did statistics research and study on the block application and effect of backline offensive in the2012London Olympics which China women’s volleyball team participating in the six competitions. We found out the weakness of Chinese women’s volleyball team in the backline attack, According to these weakness, we combined with the characteristics of the backline attack, and using Auto CAD2010drawing software to simulate the model of backline offense, and reached the following conclusions:1. The back attack characteristics:On the regional characteristics, the teeing ground Of the world volleyball back line attack mainly located in the NO.2region and NO.3region; on line features, slash attack is given the priority to the back-line attack line of China and foreign volleyball, the attack line is a little different in each region; on drop point features, the drop point of back line attack mainly focus in the NO.2and NO.4regions, and these drop points all corresponding to the slash attack; on over net features, when the volleyball cross over the net, the radiating area is large, the timing is long, the height is low.2. Problems existed in the back line attack of the Chinese volleyball:Firstly the block scoring of Chinese volleyball is low, the ace rate is just3.45%, however the ace rate of foreign volleyball team is9.76%,6.31%higher than Chinese volleyball team. It shows that in block aspect the Chinese volleyball team needs to be enhanced. Secondly, the efficient of block is low, comparing the Chinese and foreign volleyball block, the empty rate reaches to71.26%and63.41%which is too high. This might be caused by tactical screen and Tactical changes of competitors which increase the difficulty of back line attack. Tactical screen and tactical changes let the block players can’t judge right, mobile transposition is not enough, and jump timing is not accurate. Thirdly, Chinese women’s volleyball team can’t accurately observe and judge, move slowly, wrong stand position, wrong jump position and gesture, and can’t cooperate with teammate well, all of these influence the block level of Chinese women’s volleyball. Enhance Chinese women’s volleyball block technical and cooperate are the main factors of improve the block level.3. By researching the block area, we use CAD drawing software to simulate the model of Fabiana of Brazil team. And this block model must combine the real statistics to use in reality, which is more meaningful.4. Finally we offer some suggestions as follows:firstly, there must be a clear guiding ideology when we are blocking, and we must have an attitude of positive and serious, means of fierce determination, determination of striving to block death. Secondly, we must pay special attention to the training of basic skills, must enhance the training of "four abilities", that is eye ability, leg ability, waist ability and hand ability. Eye ability is the precondition, we demand to observe carefully, judge accurately; Leg ability is the foundation, we ask for jumping quickly, braking well, good instant jump ability; waist ability is the link, we ask for good stability, can slant, rotate and hang longer; Hand ability is the key, we ask for high shoulder, good gesture, wrap the ball cruelly, change quickly. Thirdly, we must enhance the theoretical study, which can let the coaches and athletes have a further understanding of the volleyball characteristic and growing trend, and so they can flexibly use the block technology. |
