Problem about primary and middle school students have been the focus of scholars at home and abroad, the domestic and foreign research on the problem of primary and middle school students have a lot, but mainly in the primary and middle school students’learning methods, heart health, interpersonal relationship, school adjustment, etc. This article will focus on middle school students’extracurricular counseling problems rising in recent years. The author takes Lao Gang Fang community’s off-campus students participating in the training course as the research object And makes a careful investigation and analysis and their own conditions for the cause of middle school students to participate in training outside do serious analysis. The Author used professional social work values, theories and method to solve this problem, designed to optimize the integration of social resources, increased the students’interest in learning, improved the students’interest in learning, guided students autonomous learning and reduced the families economic burden, eventually made junior middle school students participate in the training course this phenomenon have more reasonable guidance.Taking Hohhot Lao Gang Fang community as an example and combing the way of theory and practice. The author made investigation through the old Gang Fang community of junior high school students and their parents to understand the problems that exist in the junior middle school students in extracurricular counseling. At the same time, through the literature review, understand China’s current social work model, and try to use in practice in the different work modes in junior high school students extracurricular counseling. The author used case study、group activities to find the existing model of social work in the problems existing in the junior middle school students extracurricular counseling and exploring the causes of these problems and putting forward the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures, Making Lao Gang Fang community of junior high school student extracurricular counseling can be helped.
