The Author used professional social work values, theories and method to solve this problem, designed to optimize the integration of social resources, increased the students’interest in learning, improved the students’interest in learning, guided students autonomous learning and reduced the families economic burden, eventually made junior middle school students participate in the training course this phenomenon have more reasonable guidance.Taking Hohhot Lao Gang Fang community as an example and combing the way of theory and practice.
