The Empirical Study On Case Work Intervening The Junior Grade One Students’ Problems Of Learning Adaptation

Adolescence is a crucial period and necessary stage in our life.When entering the junior middle school stage, obvious changes have taken place in young people’s learning environment. Whatever the increase of the degree of difficulty in their courses, the change of the interpersonal relationship or the increasing expectations of their parents,have brought about a lot problems of learning adaptation to them in varying degrees.Under this influence,it’s urgent to improve and solve their problems of learning adaptation timely and effectively.Therefore,the study focuses on the junior grade one students.On the basis of the ATI test programmed by Professor Zhou Bucheng,according to the actual situation,I designed the questionnaire of the junior grade one students’ learning adaptation.According to this questionnaire and combining the form of deep interviews,I made a comprehensive and detailed analysis on the learning adaptations in W junior high school students,L city. The paper concludes the three aspects of learning maladjustment:learning、interpersonal relationship and the development of physical and mental health;And I find out the four reasons that lead to their learning maladjustment in the process of the survey,that is:personal factors, family factors, school factors and social factors.Due to the traditional school work methods can not solve these problems comprehensively、purposely and effectively, however the social work which has the humanistic care and flexible working method, can makes up the deficiency of the traditional method.Therefore,I used the method of social work to intervene the case of learning maladjustment.After the three stages of intervention,I has helped the client overcome the problems of learning adaptation and fit in the new school life better.Considering that the method of case study of social work is feasible and effective in the paper,the schools should combine it with the traditional method in student’ work in the future,in order to make young people grow up healthily in their learning life.
