With the rapid development of the socialist market economic system improvedcontinuously and the national economy develope rapidly, middle and primary schoolsare emerging in large number. However, the construction of teachers’ morality whichoutside the system it did not pay enough attention to, restricted the middle and primaryschools’ healthy and sustainable development. To explore the path and method ofbuilding the teachers’ team which have high moral quality and professional skill isimminent.Constructing of the middle and primary schools’ teacher morality is a systematicproject, we should not only teachers themselves, but also include educationadministrative departments, training institutions, students and parents take part in thisproject and make effort together. Strengthening the construction of teachers’ moralityextracurricular training of middle and primary schools, plays a positive role inpromoting, optimization of teacher quality, enhance unit of civilization, cultivate goodhabits.According to the survey, the education administrative departments, industryassociations or education and training institutions and teachers make effort to constructthe teachers’ morality from the different aspects, and achieved good results: improve theconscious of constructing the teacher’s morality, cognize the moral value clearly,enhance role play and initiative consciousness. The survey also found that, a fewtraining institutions of primary and secondary school teachers’ lack the phenomenonstill exists. There are mainly five aspects: one is the lack of consciousness of education,be a model for others is not strong; the two is the lack of professional consciousness;occupation identity is not strong; the three is the lack of a sense of dedication, there istendency of utilitarianism; the four is the team cooperation consciousness is not enough,the concept is not strong; the five is not enough awareness, teaching the existence offraud.Causes of phenomena that lacking of teachers’ morality in middle and primary schools training institutions have many aspects, in addition to some teachersthemselves, it influenced by multiple factors such as the social values, treatment andsocial security, management mode of training institution, the teacher individual,theirfamily and social relationsEnhance the construction of teachers’ morality in the middle and primary schools.,we can make effort from five directions to do. From the ethics of education to shapethe teacher’s moral soul training institution of middle and primary schools; from theprotection of the rights and interests to enhance teachers’ moral practice dynamictraining institution of middle and primary schools; from the regulatory norms to guideprimary and middle school teacher training institutions moral behavior; from themanagement of the perfect moral evaluation system of supervision training institutionof middle and primary schools,from teachers their own self-cultivation to guide traininginstitutions teacher’s moral self promotion.
