As the network technology development, we have a new challenge and A new mission.Especially our ethnic minority education have to all reforms that teaching methods andlearning style. The teaching models and the learning style convert to modernization andinformatization. We must set up the new conception of teaching and learning,We mustrecognize the function and role of network technology in the subject teaching. Now, theauthor based on their own practice experience and research find that Students are not willingto learn the Mongolia language especially in reading models and writing models. To solve theproblems of little vocabulary, lack of interest and no innovation in the primary Chinesewriting teaching, attempting to design and build MIIR (Motivation, Inquiry, Reflection andReflection) teaching model in this paper.Based on the new curriculum reform and the education information, constructivismlearning theory, humanism learning theory and information technology curriculum integrationtheory "MIIR" teaching mode.This pattern mainly has the following features: stress stimulateinterest, addition, wisdom, and fully reflect the students’ main body status, promote theall-round development of students and promote the teachers and students interaction.By"addition, guide learning","communication inquiry" and "collaborative innovation" and"lessons" and so on several parts. Addition of learning is the premise, collaborative research isthe core, communication is the goal innovation, summarizes the reflection is the key.Thismethod is helpful to implement the new curriculum reform and education information,attaches great importance to stimulate interest and cultivate comprehensive ability.In this paper, the research includes the following several aspects, the first chapter is theintroduction part, the second chapter is the concept explanation and theoretical basis module,the third chapter is the analysis of the discipline characteristic and the present situation ofChinese, the fourth chapter is trying to build a primary school Chinese MIIR teaching modelwhich part is the core part and the key part, the fifth chapter is the design and application caseanalysis for MIIR teaching model part of this article, tThe last chapter is summary andoutlook modules.
