| How can a country’s basketball strength level has become an important factor to measurethe overall national comprehensive strength of competitive sports, the basketball movementcan be said to occupy a great part in sports core competitiveness of a country’s athleticproportions. The basketball movement is developing sports items in each country. Over theyears Chinese team in the reasons caused the world series performance is not just as onewishes there are many, but I think the core problem Chinese men’s basketball team is backline overall technique and tactics level caused, it is self-evident role of a core point guard onthe basketball court. The Chinese men’s basketball guard personnel because of the talenttraining mode is single and the effect is not good, tot raining talents to widen the ways oftraining, I was in1998and in2004set up the CUBA Chinese College Basketball League andCUBS China University Basketball Super League, broaden the way of talents training and theselection, cultivation of university men’s basketball guard research for occupation team andthe national team of talents has a certain theoretical value, but also to the development of ourcountry’s college basketball industry will play a certain role.In this paper, using literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics andlogical analysis and other methods of university men’s basketball guard in the training processproblems come to the following conclusions:（1）In the culture system of China University Basketball Guard, in its trainingobjective onmost teams management training point guard is to make use of the players competitive levelfor the school achievements in the league, but not to train talents for occupation league.（2）University League for many years of occupation team developed a guard talent less,influencing factors of organizational culture is the defender, the contradiction betweenlearning and training, not on guard training plan, match communication is too small is not upto the purpose of training etc（3）Ignore the importance to establish the information system has not been establishedplayers, game player information database, the contents of observation in the past thedefender when the organization is not detailed enough to.（4）In the early stage of university men’s basketball guard training and selecting hastoomuch emphasis on members of height factors, game data not on the player in high schoolwere collected and evaluated, no information is complete for a player tracking.（5）Analysis found that the guard players have distinctive technologies through the gamedata on University League defenders, but there are defects on both ends of the characteristics of the present organization, technical and tactical University League not comprehensiveenough.（6）Most coaches is not based on guard exposed questions in the race to design specialtraining plan, team consciousness not through effective training to improve their technicaldefects.According to the research university men’s basketball guard training results, the followingsuggestions：（1）A clear training point guard of the objective, reasonable arrangements for training andcompetition and cultural learning plan to resolve the contradiction between learning andtraining of guard training problem as soon as possible.（2）Establish effective guard and other position players and other integrated informationsystem in universities, the selection and training in order to better solve the problem ofcollege basketball guard and other position players.（3）The guard reference material information should be analyzed by the physical quality,end data analysis offensive game, game on the defensive end data analysis, each referenceinformation to achieve a comprehensive.（4）Should develop the advantage in keeping players technical and tactical characteristicsof their own situation to "all-round" guard direction in the development of University Leagueback in training, implementing the comprehensive development and special combining theconcept of culture. |
