Explored the effects of different exercise-induced myocardial apoptosis, cardiacus is select majorrelated with the movement of the target protein that Miotfusin-2, caveolin-3protein, from the perspectiveof molecular biology analysis of myocardial apoptosis, while there are three main cardiac apoptosis a pathmitochondrial pathway, endoplasmic reticulum road, death receptor pathway, thus Miotfusin-2, caveolin-3protein affect cardiacus apoptosis in three pathways involved in different exercise-Miotfusin-2, Caveolin-3,The relationship between cardiacus apoptosis each other, and thus provide a theoretical basis andexperimental data effectively improve cardiacus function.The results of the research:1. Each group myocardial coefficientExercise induced the changes of myocardial weight is not same, compared with group C, group R and Emyocardial weight has obvious difference (P <0.01), compared with the resistance group, group H hassignificant difference (P <0.01), while compared with group H,E and I have difference (P>0.05), butwithout statistical significance, compared with H, group E and I has obvious difference (P <0.01);Myocardial coefficient change in the process, compared with the group C, H, R, E and group I havedifference (P <0.05), compared with group H, group R have significant differences (P <0.01), thecentrifugal I, E, and resistance to group all have difference (P <0.05), statistically significant, other thanthere are differences between groups, but without statistical significance.2. In groups of myocardial proteinComparison between groups in myocardial protein group found that endurance group compared withcontrol group and the way of proteins in the myocardial changes have difference (P <0.05), while thecentrifugal, trailer although there are differences compared with controls, but without statisticalsignificance; Compared with the resistance group, trailer has the extremely significant difference (P <0.01),and endurance group have difference (P <0.05), but there are differences between the centrifugal group, nostatistical significance.3. Caveolin-3protein expressionControl group, endurance group, resistance group, centrifugal group, suspension group of Caveolin-3proteins in multiple comparison, the results showed that compared with the control group, endurance group,resistance group, centrifugal group, trailer group have significant difference (P <0.01), compared with theresistance group, significantly increased the Caveolin-3protein expression of suspension group (P <0.01),statistically significant, endurance of Caveolin-3protein expression has a difference (P <0.05), there isstatistical significance, centrifugal set of Caveolin-3protein expression has a difference (P <0.05),statistically significant, compared with the overhang group, group of centrifugal and endurance of Caveolin-3protein expression with significant difference (P <0.01), there is statistical significance; Compared withcentrifugal group, endurance group of Caveolin-3protein expression has a difference, but withoutstatistical significance.4. Caveolin-3protein expression in the comparison between the groups, the results found thatresistance and drape group Caveolin-3significant rise in protein expression, and stamina and endurancegroup has difference, but no statistical significance, Caveolin-3protein expression may be involved inrepair the apoptosis of myocardial cells.4.Mitofusin2protein expression compared between groups, the results found that endurance andcentrifugal group Mitofusin-2protein expression is reduced, and the resistance group and trailer Mitofusin-2were differentially expressed proteins, but without statistical significance. Mitofusin2proteinexpression may be too much involved in the mitochondria fusion and divided, guarantee the supply ofmyocardial energy, reduces the myocardial cell apoptosis5. Caveolin-3protein and Mitofusin-2protein in the same condition as compared with the controlgroup is inversely proportional to the trend, but in different rat species, forms of exercise, experimentalmodels and environments for Caveolin-3protein and Mitofusin-2protein expression is different.6. SOD and MDA measured by two indicators we can findResistance exercise-induced oxidative stress thanother groups, but also the highest for myocardial damage induced myocardial apoptosis than other sportsgroups.7.Resistance, endurance, eccentric exercise induced myocardial apoptosis under suspension movement,at the same time also found that the group resistance is higher than the centrifugal and endurance group,thus induce myocardial apoptosis order from high to low in the trailer, group resistance, endurance,centrifugal.
