Research On The Phenomenon Of "Sharing Weal And Woe" In College Students’ Dormitory And Its Influencing Factors

Dormitory plays an important role in the learning life of college students,it has asignificant impact on the growth and development of college students.At present, thephenomenon of “sharing weal and woe” in college students’ dormitory is commonoccurrence.It is very important for fostering college students to do essential research on thephenomenon of “sharing weal and woe” in college students’ dormitory,to pay attention tocollege students dormitory collective,to improve the construction of dormitory.This study conducted a detailed analysis on the influence factors of the universitydormitory collective construction, which make a systematical research on teachers andstudents from some colleges and universities in Wuxi, Nanjing and Shanghai throughquestionnaires and interviews, analysis on the influence factors of the university dormitorycollective construction provides effective strategy for the construction of college dormitory.The study found that education management, emotional intelligence, dormitory memberspersonal differences and dormitory internal culture have influence on dormitory collectiveconstruction.According to the analysis on these factors, effective strategies to improve thecollege dormitory construction have two main aspects.On the one hand, it is necessary tolearn from foreign advanced experience of dormitory, which including to improve universitydormitory management and to practice university dormitory culture construction, and totransform the dormitory pattern.On the other hand,suggestions in four dimensions:tooptimize the education combined effect of school、teachers and family to promote dormitorycollective success, mutual tolerance others; to strengthen the construction of dorm culture tolead development of dormitory students with culture.These university dormitory collectiveconstruction strategies are contribute to the construction of dormitory collective success topromote the all-round development of college students.
