Good dormitory culture and civilization as well as the dormitory of College Ideological and political work smoothly to provide protection, is to build a harmonious campus, an indispensable part of the excellent school spirit.University life is one of several important stages of development of gold, and the students both in physical or mental development of adolescence and undoubtedly are in active period, they can leave their parents, very eager to establish their own independent circle of contacts, very willing to showcase their mature. But in fact, it is a small university or a miniature society, a variety of personality of every hue students active in various life university stage, personality differences.doomed to our students is bound to experience a "personality grinding edges" labor pains period,but at this stage, students cannot do without including professional teachers, counselors, teachers,university educators and administrators to help guide. So I choose the Guangzhou University law school students as the research object, through the use of a questionnaire survey and interviews and other research methods, on college students’ dormitory conflicts targeted on issues related to in-depth investigation and study,through the correlation analysis and puts forward corresponding strategies effectively.This study will be divided into the following four parts discussed emphatically:The first part:introduction. In this study, the definition of the concept, elaborated the purpose and significance of this research, research object and method and clear, systematic research on systematic analysis and comments.The second part analyzes the current situation of students’ interpersonal relationship of Guangzhou University School of law, on the basis of survey demonstration.The third part of the deep root problem of college students’ dormitory conflicts of the Guangzhou University School of law are summarized, mainly including the following aspects:student factors,family factors and school related factors of management etc.The fourth part summarizes the results of the empirical analysis, and points out the solving countermeasures and suggestions of college Students’ dormitory contradiction.
