In the21st century, the degree of civilization of China and even the wholehuman society has been greatly improved. The overall development of each person asan individual is increasingly stressed by the whole society. In the new historicalperiod, our country put forward the grand goal of building a socialist harmonioussociety, and social justice is the core value system and an organic part of it. Educationequity is an important indication of social equity. While special education, as animportant part of the education system, has become a social undertaking, and moreattention has been paid increasingly to it by the government and the society.Integrated education, as a product of the development of special education to acertain historical period, has become the main form of special education in developedcountries from the middle of the20th century to the end of it. Now it has become amain orientation of the development of special education throughout the world. At theend of the20th century, some areas in our country also appeared schools of integratededucation. In the current practice of integrated education, exceptional children aremore likely to have behavioral problems because of the limitation of various factors.In current practice of integrated education, exceptional children are more likely tohave behavioral problems because of the limitation of various factors. If theseproblems cannot be settled timely and effectively, they will affect the quality ofintegrated education of exceptional children, and bring great trouble to families andschools. What’s more, it will be bad for the normal children to be educated and grow,and influence the confidence, recognition and support that parents and even the wholesociety have in the integrated education.Relying on Qisehua Welfare Kindergarten, this paper analyses the formingreasons of behavioral problems of exceptional children under integrated educationcircumstances, intervenes behavioral problems of them from a new perspective, andverifies the motivation and effectiveness that casework behavior involving inbehavioral problems of exceptional children. Also some related policy suggestions areput forward on this basis, hoping to offer effective ways and beneficial references to integrated education of exceptional children.
