Along with domestic elementary educational curriculum reform advanced to depth, how to handle classroom problems for teachers becomes the universal. For the past few years, urbanization process has accelerated. Education of migrant workers'children has become to be an outstanding problem. More and more educators pay attention to classroom behavioral problems of students from migrant worker's family.The purpose of this research:(1) introduce current situation of classroom behavioral problems of students from migrant workers'family. (2) Sum up factors of classroom behavioral problems of students from migrant workers'family, help teachers to do thoroughly reflection, and prevent these problems happening. (3) Analysis teachers'react of classroom behavioral problems of students from migrant workers'family, it will help teachers to handle classroom behavioral problems more effectively.This research used teachers and students from Mingzhu Experiment Primary School and Shenglan Experiment Primary School in Hangzhou City as objects, used "classroom behavioral problems of elementary school students" interview outline, "questionnaire survey of classroom behavioral problems of elementary school students (for teachers)", "questionnaire survey of classroom behavioral problems of elementary school students (for students)", "questionnaire survey of classroom behavioral problems'factors of elementary school students (for students)", "questionnaire survey of classroom behavioral problems'react of elementary school students (for teachers)" as tools.Results of the research:(1) both teachers and students considered talking and petty action in class are the most common and most disturbed classroom problems. Usually, boy students have more classroom problem actions than girl students. (2) Main factors contain parents'educational level and their reacts of classroom behavioral problems, students'self character and study habits. From the causes of classroom behavioral problems, boy students tend to attract attention, and underachievers tend to have bad study habits. (3) Teachers use warning, talking after class, changing teaching modes and other positive actions as react of classroom behavioral problems as usual. Interestingly, they regard suspend class and criticism, punishment and other negative actions as more effective actions. Calm teachers tend to change teaching modes and agitated teachers tend to suspend class and criticism. (4) Teachers use communication and learn from other teachers, home visiting, reading related books as mainly actions to improve ability of handling classroom behavioral problems. Old teachers tend to read related books and do home visiting. Teachers who have bachelor degree tend to communicate with other teachers. As last, from three aspects including family, teacher and school, this article raised some suggestions of handling classroom behavioral problems of students from migrant workers'family for reference.
