What’s more,teachers’ ethics construction deeply affects the overall quality of the teachers. Reform andmarket economy have brought a profound impact on political, economic and cultural as wellas to people’s values and ethics. Under the Interactive influence of various social ideologicaland traditional culture, social values have been diversified, as well as the values of teachersgroup, whose mainstream is positive. Overall evaluation of teachers’ moral construction isgood, but there are still some issues should not be underestimated. The cause of thisphenomenon is not only the objective reasons, social environment factors and institutionalfactors of universities but also subjective reasons, factors of teachers themselves. Socialistcore value system is a multi-level, multi-angle values system. It leads the direction of socialideological trend, and is helpful to enhance the level of people’s values and morality. Thesocialist core value system is like a beacon and provides a correct theoretical guidance forteachers’ moral construction. Strengthening teachers’ moral construction in colleges anduniversities should be with the guidance of the socialist core value system. It should establishand improve the relevant systems and mechanisms, such as evaluation mechanism,supervision mechanism and so on. And it should enhance the teacher team constructionincluding self–cultivation，teaching and research capabilities，and good interpersonalrelationship.
