In May2006, four ministries and commissions jointly launched The implementation of the rural compulsory education school teachers in ad hoc positions Plan (referred to as "Special Gang Program"). For those who grew up in the "city orientation basic education", and received higher education in the urban environment, the special-posted rural teachers accept urbanization education, have the basic quality of city people, but their working and living environment is surrounded by rural culture in rural areas. Therefore, the either/or choice between urban culture and rural culture becomes a cultural dilemma that cannot solve perplexity, the opposites and harmony of urban and rural culture has become an important course of teachers.The culture system in this research has four aspects. They are material culture, behavior culture, system culture and consumption culture. During the writing process, various methods such as observational method and interview method has been used to find out its corresponding cultural dilemma. Under the background of urban and rural culture, the special-posted rural teachers’view of material culture, behavior culture, system culture and consumption culture has its corresponding cultural dilemma.This research is divided into three parts, the first part introduces Liu’s urban and rural dual cultural context. The second part has the following four aspects that analyze the cultural landscape. From the perspective of state, due to the dislocation of knowledge, Liu is anxiety of her professional identity. Along with the social transformation, Liu slowly familiar with the strangers society that formed by rules and regulations. Liu is more and more dependent on the state system and gradually alienation the rural society. Under the background of urban and rural culture, the goals (idea) of the special-posted rural teachers" professional development become urbanization, their professional development resources dried up and without root, their professional development environment becoming defamiliarization. The third part analyzes that in the process of integration of urban and rural culture, the special-posted rural teachers should take the cultural ecological balance of urban and rural areas as the goal, we must establish a benign state of matter culture, a perfect system culture and an mutual aid behavior culture, then help the special-posted rural teachers establish correct consciousness of self-development. The special-posted rural teachers should based on the rural reality, adhere to the direction of basic education, service common development between urban and rural areas in order to promote their professional development.
