The rapid rise of education statistics measurement tools let educationalevaluation showing a brilliant situation. Cognitive diagnosis is one of them. Using thetheory of cognitive diagnosis to evaluate students’ learning process, not limited to theperformance and capacity assessment, but turn the evaluators’ eyes to the student’slearning process, which plays an important role in the establishment of a dynamiceducational evaluation system. In many factors that affect students’ learning, moreattention paid to the non-intelligence factors, especially put forward the slogan oflifelong learning, let the social people from all walks of life all saw the importance ofnon-intelligence factors. In the large number of non-intelligence factors, will is a veryimportant factor and it always respect everyone’s concerns. Good will for the students’mathematical learning process plays an extremely important role. Math itself isrelatively troublesome subjects; in the face of heavy pressure of study, a strong will isa key factor to test students. Therefore, these studies proposed on the basis ofcognitive diagnosis theory for students in the process of mathematics study willquality condition were studied.Through research and analysis of relevant data, the following conclusions:First, most of the students in the learning process of mathematics will be moregood condition, but there are some students have emotional weariness;Second, students will behave basically consistent with the will of the attributesdiagnosis, a positive correlation between the two;Third, the student will attribute the diagnosis and math scores were positivelycorrelated;Fourth, the boys and girls in the property will have different performancediagnosis; show some gender differences; the teacher should be individualizedaccording to their respective characteristics.
