With the rapid development of information technology, human knowledge is growing at anexponential explosion. Each person is absorbing the culture at all time, and the direction of culturespreading for a society is turning from top-down to two-way communication, and thus more often spreadby the bottom-up approach. The emergence and development of cultural feedback phenomenon indicatesthe coming of “the metaphor era”. In these social culture changes, college students play an extremelyimportant role as the main force of the new era of cultural transmission. Cultural feedback has become anewly developed scenic area in the modern society, attracting attention from various experts and scholars.Ideological and political education for contemporary college students from the perspective of culturalfeedback has become a new topic with in-depth study.The first part focuses on theoretical interpretation, giving a full exposition in terms of background,current research, feedback the cultural connotation, and trends in the development process and its effects tothe contemporary ideological and political education of college students. In the cultural feedback aspects,this paper outlines the cultural feedback connotations, causes analysis of cultural feedback, content,performance and significance of it. Analysis and outlook are made in the last part. The latter part analyzesthe positive impact of cultural feedback brought to the ideological and political education for collegestudents. Through analysis, this paper points out that cultural feedback helps expand the space for collegeideological and political education, enrich its content, improve its methods, improve student learningenthusiasm and initiative, and develop a new perspective of ideological and political education, but it alsoproduces many challenges to authority, content, methods, carriers, educators quality, and other aspects of ideological and political education. In view of this phenomenon, the third part of this paper analyzes thecultural feedback from the perspective of Ideological and political education ideas and the enlightenment.The last part of this paper, analysis of lifting mechanism of Ideological and political e ducation ofCollege Students’ comprehensive quality and innovation in Universities under the new situation, the newangle analyzes the connotation of promoting ideological and political education of contemporary collegestudents innovation method of their comprehensive qualities and universities and significance.Contemporary college students, as the main force of the state and nation-building, shoulder the task of therealization of “China Dream”, thus, we must strengthen and improve the ideological and politicaleducation for college students, and train more outstanding talents.
