The research object is great athletes in the Chinese dragon boatcontest in the year of2013.Using the method of documentary,photogrammetry, video analytic, mathematical statistics. In order toprovide data for the dragon boat sport teaching. The results show that:First, the entry point blade Angle decreases, shoulder joint Angleincreased gradually, the hip joint Angle decreases. Second, first threepropeller cycles of water, power, and oar stage showed a trend ofdecreasing, and the oar proportion increasing trend. Third, at the sametime of displacement increase gradually, the increase speed back topaddle displace is greater than the power phase and cycle water phase.Last, in set sail in the acceleration phase, athletes using additive oarfrequency of starting and accelerating the oar manner. The first propellerblade frequency was60~70.58propeller/min, the second propeller bladefrequency was75~96propeller/min, the third propeller blade frequencywas77.4~90propeller/min.Tactics characteristics of200meters, maintain the proper angle ofblade into the water, small blade outlet angle and larger hip outlet angle.It can increase the stroke movement range in a certain extent. In ensuringthe overall rowing rhythm without obvious changes, the time can beappropriately increase stroke phase and it gained greater power. Thewater phase displacement ratio>back to the oar phase ratio>oar phaseratio>grasp the water phase. The final group team average displacementratio for each stage is18.43:39.88:58.30:41.70。The outstanding athlete of200meters dragon boat adopting the tactics of the entire full stroke,maintain high oar frequency after set sail to accelerate all the way. Good man athlete of dragon boat propeller blade frequency was about120-144/min, women’s oar frequency is102-120/min.Tactics characteristics of500meters, the blade angle of outstandingathlete man dragon boat rowed stage on the way into the water was58.04±6.14°,the angle of shoulder joint was109.09±7.88°,hip Anglewas54.23±5.43°,blade outlet angle was22.55±4.81°.in the last phasethe angle of elite athletes into the water was67.28±2.50°,the maximumwas70.72°,the minimum was63.95°,the angle of shoulder joint was93.39±14.07°,the angle of hip was64.32±4.58°。the blade angle out ofwater was36.77±7.36°, the angle of hip was80.73±6.15°。In the processof stroke phase to sprint phase, the entry point of the blade angle showeda trend of increasing, shoulder joint angle showed a trend ofdecreasing,the hip joint angle was increasing. The average of ratioabout cycle water, power and blade back was9.93:25.89:64.52。From theway to the sprint, In terms of absolute displacement and the averagespeed of a paddle on the whole, there is a growing trend.500metersshould be according to the different stages, and all the training levels ofthe corresponding oar frequency structure, the whole blade frequencystructure performance of fast sail oar frequency acceleration, oarfrequency structure characterized by fast sail oar frequency acceleration,improve the oar frequency sprinting to sprint stage.
