Core human spirit is the " people-oriented", respect for human values. Reflected the human spirit is auniversal human self-care is an ideal all-round development of the personality recognition and shaping.One of the basic requirements of the21st century, the quality of talent is to have a high human spirit.Cultured human spirit is an inherent requirement of a socialist harmonious society and scientific concept ofdevelopment of socialist spiritual civilization in the proper meaning of the title.High school students is an important stage of the world, life and values the initial formation.Contemporary high school student charged with the task of modernization, facing fierce competition andchallenges, they not only need to have extensive knowledge, good ability to structure, and have a healthypsychological quality, good Humanities.The human spirit is to train high school students need the development of modern education is theneed of the comprehensive development of high school students, but also the needs of social development.The current status of the human spirit is not optimistic high school, there has been a series of problems,such as inadequate grasp and internalize the knowledge of the humanities, non-intelligence factorsworrying and difficult to demonstrate the student ’s personality. By analyzing the human spirit high schooltraining problems, and practical reasons to explore the root causes of these problems, and thus raise theideological and political education in high school training strategy to strengthen human spirit, and thenapplied to the results of research into the teaching process.Paper is divided into four parts. The first part, from the perspective of society, students and educationexplains the necessity to strengthen the ideological and political education of high school in cultured humanspirit, this study demonstrates the significance and value; second part presents problems in high schoolhumanistic spirit, and the reason appears to be a deep-seated problem analysis; third part, according to theanalysis based on the cause of the problem and has put forward to strengthen the cultivation of humanisticspirit in the ideological and political strategies of teaching high school; part IV to " inherit the traditionalculture of " teaching to design a lesson, for example, the results of this study and the ideological andpolitical teaching high school to combine theory and practice. The author believes that through the ideological and political penetration of the humanistic spirit in theteaching process, the creation of humanistic teaching environment and improve teachers humanities threemain ways to train, help to improve the students’ humanistic spirit, and promote the comprehensivedevelopment of individual students to meet opportunities and challenges of the new era.
