Objective:Through expression changes of the gp130and p-of gp130protein after exercise training in rats, we decide to explore their role in the process of exercise-induced changes in myocardial function and the function of movement.Methods:There were male SD rats of38in an acute exercise test, and were randomly divided into a quiet group and an acute exercise group rats after adapting to the environment; the exercise group had immediately after the exercise,3h after exercise, and24hours after exercise group. Quiet groups do not exercise, only normal feeding, to determine the exercise group training programs in accordance with the Bedford increasing load treadmill running model.4weeks movement experiment used38male SD rats were randomly divided into a quiet group and training group in4weeks, training group include randomly exercise group, three hours of group and24h after exercise after exercise. Rats were adapted to the environment after3days to start training six days a week and having a rest on Sunday. The first week was adapted to train, and2-4weeks for accelerating gradient stage. The specific training programs were refered Bedford methods, and WANG Yun-Hong incremental load endurance training sports model.The11weekslong-term training experiments Include male SD rats of44, were randomly divided into a quiet group and the long-time endurance training group which were randomly divided into the group of immediately after exercise,3hours of group and24hours after exercise group. The first week for adaptation training,2-four weeks of the acceleration phase of5-8weeks plus slope phase of9-10weeks the acceleration phase. Specific training program with reference to WANG Yun-Hong’s long-term incremental load endurance training sports model.Taking the left ventricular apex at the last campaign of each group time point, then with1×1×1mm3glutaraldehyde fixed, and observing the electron microscopy sections. Each group collected protein sample to adopt Western blot Determination of gp130and p-gp130. The data obtained SPSS16.0statistical software.The results:Compared with acute control group, gp130protein expression volume increased after exercise group h and after exercise324h group, and there are significant (p<0.05) differences, and remains high in the later24h. Every group of acute exercise was significantly p-gpl30expression higher than those of the control group (p<0.05).There is no significant difference between4weeks training group rats and the quiet control group in the amount of gp130expression. Compared With quiet control group the p-gp130immediately significantly increased after exercise (p<0.01) and reached the highest level, and then to drop quickly and there is no differ significantly with quiet control group.There was no significant change between11weekstraining group and control group in the quantity of gp130expression and the quantity of p-gp130expression.conclusion:1. By electron microscopic observation of myocardial external morphological characteristics, myocardial of11week long endurance training group appeared of certain sports injury.2.The rats’ gp130and p-gp130in left ventricular myocardial increased significantly after one acute day training, show that acute exercise can activate the gp130signal pathways.3.The rats’ p-gp130in left myocardial increased significantly after4weeks training, but recovered after exercise3h, indicated that the gp130signal pathway start to happen adaptation which led to sports training.4.There was no significant difference between the group of11weeks training and the group of quiet control in the expression of gp130and p-gp130myocardial left ventricular myocardium, indicated the adaptation of gp130signal pathway of myocardial was more apparent.
