Freshmen stage is an important stage in the development of adolescents.it is between high school stage and college stage what are two different lifestyles. Freshman suddenly entered a completely unfamiliar environment, often results learning, psychological problems, resulting in various disorders, such as low learning interest, scores plummeted, unable to communicate with people, poor mental state, and even drop out,causing a great waste of both family and community resources. Maladaptive Freshman probably dejected in the whole university, affecting the entire college life, when they graduate they have a serious shortage of employability. The employment of university students issues are important issues concern by the government each year,enhance the Freshmen’s fitness, reduce the proportion of students dropping out of school and other serious problems, its purpose is to help increase their employability, improve the efficiency of national resources.This paper aims to ascertain the influencing factors of freshmen fitness, and ascertain the impact of maladaptive Freshman students to their self-development,so that the school can intervene maladaptive students earlier,help them full development,In this study, the2012Sichuan six college freshmen is the research object, using a questionnaire study to analyze the current situation of Sichuan university freshman enrollment adaptation and analyze the causing of freshmen enrollment adjustment difficulties cause and the impact on the student.Questionnaire designed based on "Chinese college students Adjustment Scale"(CCSAS), drawing on the existing index system, repeated modifications before completed. Using the online survey, early investigations16937questionnaires were returned, response rate was80%; the end of the survey questionnaires were returned11157, response rate was53%. In this paper using STATA statistical software to analyzes data.Firstly, using the investigation and analysis of indicators Freshman, through the relevant statistical methods, identified poor college Freshman of each college. According to the paper, the method can easily identify poor college Freshman in school. Data show that the proportion of poor students in rural areas is much higher than urban poverty, a difference of32percentage points.Secondly, using principal component analysis to distinguished the learning unsuited and psychological unsuited of students, and the adaptation is divided into four categories. The study found that eight percent of Freshman do not adapt to college life in all aspects, belonging to high-risk groups.The study found personal and family background characteristics-especially domestic economic conditions have a greater impact on individuals to adapt. Girls from poor families vulnerable suited. High School stage participation also has a significant impact on the individual’s learning and psychological adaptation, especially to their learning. Those who are suited to high school learning methods, fewer high school social participation easily become inadaptation. College students of lacking clearly planning may donot adapt to college life.In order to investigate the Influence on the freshmen difference adaptiong to their comprehensive development, paper studied the learning output and personal development of students. The results show that the degree of adaptation can significantly improve the individual’s academic performance. The psychological adaptation relationships have significantly positive impact on the personal development of self-evaluation.Universities can easily screening and help freshmen earlier before their adaptability problems that may arise, Universities can easily earlier Freshman screening and help those adaptive problems that may arise, such as female Freshman from poor families, lack of college planning and low expectations of university study students. Help them out of the woods, to improve their employability.
