Since1980s, as china experienced a period of accelerated development, the mobility and migration of population is no longer a simple phenomenon of population but an economic phenomenon. Furthermore, as the whole economic making progress, rural-urban migration or the rural migrant workers are no longer the only one biggest branch of the tree, however, various types of population began to flow. Especially more highly educated labor in the floating population Benefit from the average education level of population’s increase. This dissertation aims at finding out the Factors which influence heterogeneous labor’s mobility decision and the differences between their effects, based on the sixth census data which was collected by the Statistics Bureau of china in2010.The main analysis includes a detailed statistical description of the Present Features of population flow in china a theoretic model and an empirical research. The theoretic model is based on several assumptions of accumulation of human capital and social capital, and the results reveals that the more initial human capital and social capital one have, The smaller the possibility that he will migration or flow. But to those who flows, the ones who has higher social capital in hometown or lower human capital will have higher possibility to move back. The empirical research results support this inference in the human capital parts, while the social capital part is unable to verify because of limited available data. The empirical research also reveals that revenue change rate of Consumption level unemployment rate and its change rate housing price and its change rate have Significant influence to both interprovincial population flow and interprovincial population flow. The difference between sex is small, but the differences between the west east and middle region are Significant.
