But to those who flows, the ones who has higher social capital in hometown or lower human capital will have higher possibility to move back. The empirical research results support this inference in the human capital parts, while the social capital part is unable to verify because of limited available data.The empirical research also reveals that revenue change rate of Consumption level unemployment rate and its change rate housing price and its change rate have Significant influence to both interprovincial population flow and interprovincial population flow. The difference between sex is small, but the differences between the west east and middle region are Significant.
