Abstract:As we all know, the social development and progress of the country and education are inseparable. Education is meant to ensure a basis for the rapid development of the economy and economic construction. There is an urgent need for different levels, divisions of talent, and the training of personnel at various educational institutions such as universities, and technical training schools. For this reason, in recent years, countries have begun to use many preferential policies in personnel training. In private education everywhere, the continued growth of college enrollment is one of the best examples. But, at this moment, employers face a confusing dilemma. In colleges and universities across the country, the state and social resources have gradually tilted towards the university, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to recruit qualified employees. In this regard, we need all kinds of universities and vocational training to increase the quality of education and for educational institutions to deeply reflect on these problems.Presently, our traditional school system is behind the times. The demand for personnel training and the old-fashioned concept of ubiquitous textbook knowledge is a cause of this backwardness, and even today some of the textbooks used in college are from the1990s. Also, because the public school system is not able to attract high-quality professional teachers, many professionals are out of touch with the needs of the institution. Because of this, independent schools have emerged as a good supplement for our country China’s educational system and have also helped enterprises to train a large number of qualified personnel.These sorts of vocational education institutes cannot award diplomas, and they also do not receive the same amount of social resources as public institutions. The social recognition of such schools is also a lower position. Therefore, the efforts to improve the marketing strategies mentioned above and to improve the current structure of education in personnel training and real world demands is a predicament. It is particularly important and has practical significance for the institutions. This topic is on vocational education institutions marketing software strategy.
