Studies On The Development Status Of Community Sports In Cities And Towns Of Harbin

Community sports is an important part of the national fitness program, and animportant way to improve the quality of population and the construction of spiritualcivilization in our country. Today with vigorously promoting the urbanization in ourcountry, urban community sports will become the important research subject. Thepurpose of this study is through the method of investigation and analysis, faithfullyreflecting the current situation and influencing factors of urban community sports andits development in Harbin, and put forward reasonable suggestions effectively, so as topromote the development and prosperity of community sports in cities and towns ofHarbin. I deeply hope the research results and recommendations for management of citycommunity sports of Harbin could offer reference to the relevant administrativedepartment, as well as for the development of urban community sports of other cities,thus to promote the quality of the population in our country, strengthen the constructionof spiritual civilization and improve urbanization with its related important matters.For urban residents in Harbin as respondents, status quo of urban communitysports in Harbin as the research object, by using the methods of literature, questionnaire,expert interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other researchmethods, this paper has carried a survey on the present situation of community sports inHarbin based n the system of investigation, analysis and research, points out the mainproblems of the urban community sports in Harbin in its development.1. Part of theurban community sports participants’ basic condition is not good;2. Harbin urbancommunity sports management mode is not reasonable;3. A serious shortage ofqualified mentor personnel in Harbin urban community sports cannot satisfy the needsof society;4. For single source, Harbin urban community sports funds are inadequacy;5.The sports venues and facilities is poorer in urban community, mainly embodied inshortage in poor condition, distribution and maintenance;6. Schools and enterprisesfailed to provide the idle sports venues and facilities to the community;7.The influencefactors and its extent of Harbin city community sports in cities and towns areinconsistent.In view of the current problems of urban community sports, this article putsforward some suggestions on the development of Harbin city community sports in cities and towns:1. include mass sports in the urban construction planning and the communitysports development level into the performance evaluation system;2.create a goodphysical environment and carry out special projects, hold mass interesting games for thepublic on holidays;3. broadening the channels for guiding sports talents training;4.Market-oriented operation to solve funds shortage; reasonable planning andconstruction of community sports facilities, and realize the sustainable development ofcommunity sports;5. Well construct of the community sports organizations to ensurethat the rationalization of community sports system;6. Well organized the constructionof the community sports to ensure that the rationalization of community sports system;7. Make full use of the school sports resources, strengthen mutual support of communitysports;8.Strengthen the propaganda, develop the sport consciousness of residents.
