Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Sichuan National Youth Sports Clubs

Youth sports club is a kind of sports organization established in China nationwide with the support of sports lottery welfare fund and supervised by China's General Sports Administration,it makes full use of current social physical resources and aims at carrying on juvenile sports activities,featured by Chinese socialism common wealth characteristics. The main task of founding these clubs is to develop teenagers' sports interest and hobbies, and cultivating talented athletes.This paper emphatically discusses how to improve national youth sports club development level in Sichuan province, and achieving a good result for these clubs with a clear positioning and excellent self development.With the method of documents and materials, questionnaire investigation, interview method and mathematical statistics. The research shows that, there are sevral problems of the Youth Sports Clubs, such as soft power needs to be strengthened, members of club single source, lack of capacity of sustainable development, Contest no linkage, Unclear property rights, services need to be expanded questions.The full paper is divided into four levels, six chapters totally. The first level contains the first two chapters,it mainly discusses the topic basis and significance,states the current situations of youth sports clubs,makes it clear about the research objects and methods,describes the basic ideas and technical route of the study,and summarizes such theories of youth sports clubs development. The second level contains the third to four chapters, it mainly analyzes the current situations of youth sports clubs in Sichuan province from three aspects: development conditions, restriction factors, and development opportunities. The third level contains the fifth chapter, mainly analyzes the development strategies of Sichuan national youth sports clubs in five aspects: the change of concepts,the adherence of social development direction,the improvement of the organization, the innovation of financing mode, decentralization, and optimizing youth sports club management. The fourth level elaborated in the sixth chapter, it summarizes the whole pape.Firstly, Sichuan national youth sports clubs quantity, but there are many problems in the soft-power, membership structure, capacity development, competitions, property rights, services, etc.. Secondly, there are many factos influence the development of youth sports clubs, such as inadequate institutional mechanisms, non-standard system, the cognitive errors of youth sports clubs and their clients, Lack of awareness and publicity means, Scarcity of funding sources and so on. Thirdly, to solve the problems faced by Sichuan Youth Sports Club, the government should do lots of things, such as build the Top-level design, establish and give full play to the role of all levels of youth sports clubs, improve the supervision and management mechanism, build a platform for the exchange of learning, build a multi-multi-level network events. The Club managers should do as follows, adhere to the direction of social development, standardize of the Youth Sports Club Management, explore the path of innovation financing model, Increase the number of the Youth Sports Club services.
