Analysis On The Mixed Ability Of Basketball Players

Significant work has gone into the development of team and individual statistics inthe NBA. Much work has been done using multivariate statistics to estimate theindividual mixed ability. I just do something in which I am interested in this field.This research examines factors which influence the individual mixed ability usingstructural equation modeling. There are three main factors which are constitution,offensive quality and defensive quality. We use measurable variables to measure thatthree factors, because they are latent.First, according to some related theories, we assume the relationship between threefactors and mixed ability. Then examining the assumed model using statistics which wecollected. Last modification the assumed model through basic theories and the results ofanalyzing to make it available. In conclusion, we get three main factors which havecloser relationship with mixed ability and give some explanation of correlationcoefficients.In the four part of this article, listing the results of this article and some shortage inthe study of the mixed ability of basketball players, including simple factors, notcomprehensive consideration and some latent factors that we may not consider.Somebody who has more useful data and upper theories in this field could do it further. Ihope someone may be beneficial from the result of this article.
