International School(Private School) Development And Financing

Along with the education popularization, the private schools face anunprecedented opportunity for development, but the growing problem ofshortage of funds becomes the biggest obstacle of the private schools’sustainable development. Private schools in China usually have thefollowing issues: unreasonable ownership structure, deficient propertyright system, the investor’s rights cannot match the obligations. Althoughthe investors of private schools take the investment risk, but can’t enjoythe usufruct.This article focus on the three aspects of private schools: legalenvironment, sources of funds and financing channels, managementstructure, finally put forward the Chinese international (private) schoolfinancing strategy.The achievement of this research are mainly on the followingaspects:1) Finished the detailed analysis on the private schools’ legalenvironment, sources of funds and financing channels, governmentmanagement in United States, France and other European and Americancountries, which will be the reference on putting forward the financingway suitable for China’s national conditions. 2) Particularly analyze the private schools’ legal environment,funding source and financing channels, the government management, etc.in China. And analyze the existing problems on the three aspects, in orderto provide the foundation for the follow-up financing countermeasures.3) Give the financing solution basin on the following three aspects:the policy&legal support, the marriage of international (private) schooland the capital market, the international private school of self-perfection.
